Heart Attack what a deadly name. I know that almost all of us get scared of this name. This is the most deadly disease that can happen to a person. In this situation the person is almost fully lost. 3) Traffic Jams! Not just traffic jams, even driving in congested place is also too harmful for your health!

The smoke that comes out of vehicles contains harmful chemicals such as SPM, SOOT, CO2 , Smoke etc. These all are harmful and the most harmful is SPM and SOOT, if you inhale them then it reduces the flow of blood in your body and at-last effects your heart, so heart starts pumping at high rate, which result in High B.P., Hypertension and even Heart Attacks!
Not just harmful for your body, they are also harmful for nature and environment. In traffic jams mostly the engines are switched on and you inhale those gases. Just think of it how bad does it effect. In jams you also get irritated and disturbed. This thing are even proved by scientists. Do you know that the world’s longest traffic jam had took place in China which was for about 11 days and the length of jam was 11-12 Miles. So it is my recommendation to use a mask while driving and during jams it is better to close the windows of cars or if in bikes you can use a better mask or something that can protect you from inhaling such gases.
4) Sticky Repellent Chemicals in Utensils!
The anti-sticky tools(utensils) which are now the favorite of all mothers at home is proved to have the content of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in the substance of anti-sticking. This has also been proved by the scientists. This acid when enters into our body, it increases the chance of heart related diseases.
The research of scientists was published by the Archives of Internal Medicine in the issue of September 2012. This content is really harmful for our health, not just the heart also for our whole body. It firstly decreases our immunity system and then starts attacking the heart. So it is advice not to use anti-sticking utensils. In place of this you can use some more oil or you can take advice from chef’s that how to cook the food without being sticked.
